Our Philosophy:
According to the American Heart Association, a diet that is high in saturated fats and
cholesterol
contributes to the development of heart disease and cancer. Following their
recommendations, we have carefully selected a wide range of dishes, cooked in a very
little soy bean oil and olive oil which are low in saturated fats and
cholesterol. Our
entire cuisine is prepared without MSG, dairy, egg or refined sugar. In
addition, we
provide you the healthy unprocessed natural brown rice.
Our Concern
is your good health! To that end

fresh vegetables (partially certified organic), whole grains, legumes,
beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, sea vegetables, soy products and wheat
gluten.

with:
Oriental
health philosophies, macrobiotic cuisines and heart-healthy
choice (approved by Suburban Hospital Heart Healthy Choice).
...excluding:
meat,
poultry, fish, dairy, additives, preservatives, eggs, msg

water is filtered by Crystal Springs---Advanced Multi-stage
water treatment system.
-Our protein sources
include tofu, soy protein and seitan
(wheat gluten).
-We use sea salt, and high quality soy bean oil
which contains a significant amount of nutrients & vitamin E,
and is low in saturated fat.
-Fresh herbs & spices are added to
some of our gourmet dishes.
-Our
organic Tamari is wheat free.
-Our sesame bread is
made with
whole wheat flour.
